Direct ELISA binding curve demonstrating the recognition of Human Anti-Human CD123 (Research Grade Pivekimab Biosimilar) Monoclonal Antibody to CD123. The target protein was coated onto the microplate well surface, followed by binding of the antibody. A donkey anti-human IgG HRP conjugate was used for detection.

Pivekimab is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets interleukin-3 (IL-3) and CD123. Pivekimab is used to synthesize pivekimab sunirine, a CD123-directed antibody-active molecule conjugate (ADC). Pivekimab is used in the study of blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN).
