A microtiter plate was coated overnight with DNP-BSA Antigen (1 µg/mL) or Normal human serum(1: 50). After washing and blocking with PBST + 5% skim milk, increasing concentrations of the Rabbit Anti-DNP Monoclonal Antibody (clone 1B1) was added. Horseradish Peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (Jackson, Cat.: 111-035-045) was used for final detection.

Horseradish Peroxidase conjugated NeutrAvidin was used for final detection.
