DNA from different species was used as template, and RK20255 was used for DNA library construction. Except for FFPE, the input amount of DNA was 100 ng, and the library was amplified by 8 cycles. The results showed that for different template types, the yield of the library constructed by RK20255 met the standard of on-machine sequencing.
2. Broad starting input
DNA library construction was performed using RK20255 with different starting amounts of Blood and Rice gDNA as templates. The results showed that the libraries constructed by RK20255 had high yield and could be compatible with a wider range of sample starting quantities.
3. Excellent library yield

Human Blood gDNA was used as template, and RK20255 and competing products were used for library construction and sequencing, respectively. Sequencing results showed that RK20255 had better sequencing quality consistency than its competitors.
5. Excellent accuracy
The base mutation rate of different FFPE DNA libraries was analyzed, and the results showed that the base mutation rate of RK20255 was lower than that of its competitors.
DNA library was constructed and sequenced by RK20255 using DNA from different species as template. The results showed that the proportion of chimeras in the library constructed by RK20254 was better than that of some competitors.
