Background
The 6 kb Plus DNA Ladder is a ready-to-use DNA ladder, which is pre-mixed with loading dye for direct gel loading. This ladder consists of 7 individual DNA fragments: 500, 1000, 2000, 4000, 6000, 8000, 10000 bp, derived from a mixture of PCR products and specifically digested plasmid DNA. The 4000bp fragment is present at increased intensity for easy identification (concentration of 100ng/5μL); aL other fragments appear with equal intensity on the gel (concentration of 50ng/5μL).
