Background
The D2000 Plus DNA Ladder is a ready-to-use DNA ladder, which is pre-mixed with loading dye for direct gel loading. This ladder consists of 8 individual DNA fragments: 100, 250, 500, 750, 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000 bp, derived from a mixture of PCR products and specifically digested plasmid DNA. The 750bp fragment is present at increased intensity for easy identification (concentration of 100ng/5μL); aL other fragments appear with equal intensity on the gel (concentration of 50ng/5μL).
