Description
Entrans 2X qPCR Probe Master Mix with UDG is a
ready-to-use reagent for probe-based qPCR
reactions, containing all components except
primers, probes and templates. This master mix
includes a chemically modified version of Taq
polymerase with Hot-start capability to inhibit nonspecific amplification, while allowing high efficiency,
sensitivity and reproducibility in qPCR amplification.
At the same time, and has joined the UDG antipollution system. The optimization of the Buffer
system allows the product to perform multiple
fluorescence quantitative experiments, and
It is suitable for multiple species and provides a
powerful tool for multi-disciplinary experimental
needs.
Product Features
- Containing UDG/dUTP anti-contamination system, effectively prevent aerosol contamination;
- Modified by chemical method with excellent specificity;
- Suitable for multiple probe detection;
- It can be stored at room temperature for at least 10 days without significant performance change.
