Description
Entrans 2X qPCR Probe Master Mix V2 is a premixed reagent for probe-based qPCR reactions, containing all components except primers, probes and templates. This master mix includes Hot start Taq DNA polymerase modified both chemically and by antibody to inhibit non-specific amplification, which can guarantee high efficiency, sensitivity，and also high reproducibility in qPCR amplification. The optimization of the buffer system allows the product to perform multiple fluorescence quantitative experiments, and it is compatible with different species and provides a powerful tool for multi-disciplinary experimental research.
