Description
HS Taq DNA Polymerase M101 is an antibody-blocked thermostable polymerase. At room temperature, polymerase activity is completely inhibited; During pre-denaturation at 95℃, the antibody is denatured and inactivated,then polymerase activity is released. This product can avoid non-specific amplification and primer dimers during the preparation of PCR reaction system, and increase the specificity of PCR without affecting the subsequent PCR reaction.

1. Robust Amplification efficiency and specificity
- Using E.coli gDNA as the template ( starting concentration: 10 ng/μL), five 10-fold gradient dilution were performed. Then, the template was amplified with HS Taq DNA Polymerase M101, the results showed that HS Taq DNA Polymerase M101 had high amplification efficiency and specificity.
2. Excellent Stability
- Thermal stability test of HS Taq DNA Polymerase M101 was performed , the results showed that the amplification performance remained stable if HS Taq DNA Polymerase M101 was placed at 37℃ for 7 days.
