Description
phi29 DNA Polymerase is a replicative polymerase from the Bacillus subtilis phage phi29. phi29 DNA Polymerase has exceptional strand displacement and processive synthesis properties. The polymerase has an inherent 3´→5' proofreading exonuclease activity. phi29 DNA Polymerase has advantages in replication requiring a high degree of strand displacement and/or processive synthesis, as well as high fidelity replication at moderate temperature.
Applications
Isothermal amplification;RCA (Rolling Ring Amplification);
MDA (Multiple Displacement Amplification);
Storage
Upon receipt, store all components at -20°C.

Product Data
1. Multiple Displacement Amplification using different templates
Template input: 1ng
Primer: random Primer N6S (100uM)
DNA Polymerase: 1 μ L and 0.2 μ L of RK21002 phi29 DNA polymerase; 1 μ L Competitor N.
Conclusion: Input 0.2 μ L of RK21002 phi29 DNA polymerase and input 1 μ L of Vender N, the yield of the obtained products was equivalent;
2. Rolling Circle Amplification
Template: M13 mp18 Single Strand DNA
DNA input: 1ng, 10ng; React for 2 hours
Conclusion: The amplification yield of ABclonal phi29 DNA polymerase was basically the same as that of Vender N at an input of 1ng, and the amplification yield was much higher than Vender N at an input of 10ng.
