Using the ABclonal Scale Methyl-DNA Lib Prep Kit for Illumina (Cat.No.RK20220) in conjunction with the Fast Magnetic DNA Methylation Bisulfite Kit (Cat.No.RK30206) for parallel library construction tests with the Vendor's transformation kit, the input amounts were set at 10 ng and 100 ng (the sample was 293F gDNA mixed with 1% lambda DNA and 0.1% Puc19). The results showed that the performance of RK30206 and the Vendor's transformation kit in the conversion efficiency of unmethylated cytosines was consistent.

The results indicated that the RK30206 and the Vendor's transformation kit performed equally in terms of sequencing data quality.
