Description
The Small RNA Adapter Module 96 Index for Illumina should be used with the small RNA-seq library preparation kit for library amplification. It contains the sRNA Universal PCR Primer and index primer and can be used during PCR to obtain a small RNA-seq library with an intact structure. All reagents provided in the kit have undergone strict quality control and function validation to ensure the stability and repeatability of library preparation.
