ABflo® 488 Annexin V/PI Apoptosis Detection Kit (RK05875)

This Kit is to detect the early stage apoptotic cell. Annexin V, a 35-36 kDa Ca2+ dependent phospholipid-binding protein has a high affinity for phospholipid phosphatidylserine (PS), and binds to cells with exposed PS. In apoptotic cells, the membrane PS is translocated from the inner to the outer leaflet of the plasma membrane, exposing PS to the external cellular environment.
