Background
An ultra-sensitive enhanced chemiluminescent (ECL) substrate, for very low expression protein bands detection by western blot analysis with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) enzyme. This product is used to detect HRP directly or indirectly labeled antibodies and their associated antigens. It is also used as an extremely sensitive fluorescent ECL detection reagent.
