Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 PC-3 cells (negative control, left) and THP-1 cells (right) were surface-stained with Mouse anti-Human CD4 mAb ( IgG1, κ, orange line) or ABflo® 488 Mouse IgG1 isotype control (A25487, 5 μl/Test, blue line), followed by ABflo® 488 Rabbit anti-Mouse IgG1 mAb (A24924, 5 μl/Test) staining. Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody that is produced by B cells in response to an antigen.
