Dose response curve of HRP conjugated Mouse Anti-Rabbit IgG, light chain specific mAb measured by ELISA. 1 µg/mL of various immunoglobulins were coated to 384-well plate., blank wells without protein were used as negative control (NC). The coated plate was blocked and subsequently incubated with 25 µL of HRP conjugated Mouse Anti-Rabbit IgG, light chain specific mAb in a 2 fold serial dilution from 2 μg/mL to 6.1*10^-5 pg/mL, incubation was performed at room temperature for 1 hour. The ELISA result demonstrated that Mouse Anti-Rabbit IgG, light chain specific mAb has highly specific recognition of Rabbit IgG while no or minimal cross reactivity to Rabbit IgG(Fc)、Mouse IgG、Rat IgG、Human IgG.

ABclonal:Immunoprecipitation - HRP-conjugated Mouse anti-Rabbit IgG Light Chain mAb (AS126)

Immunoprecipitation of SERPINB1-Flag from 300 µg extracts of 293T cells transfected with a SERPINB1 expression vector containing a single N-terminal Flag-Tag was performed using 30 µl of Affinity Gel-conjugated Rabbit anti DDDDK-Tag mAb (AE121). Affinity Gel-conjugated Rabbit Control IgG pAb was used to precipitate the Control IgG sample. IP samples were eluted with 1X Laemmli Buffer. The Input lane represents 10 % of the total input. Western blot analysis of immunoprecipitates was conducted using Rabbit anti DDDDK-Tag mAb (AE092) at a dilution of 1:5000. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Mouse anti-Rabbit IgG Light Chain mAb (AS126) at 1:4000 dilution.
