The Tanon™ MOPS Running Buffer comes in granule form, which significantly reduces the time and energy required to prepare running buffers. Premixed buffers also ensure consistent and accurate electrophoresis results.
Each box contains 25 packets of premixed granules, each packet makes 1 L of 1X buffer.

Short preparation time – No reagents to weigh or filter, just dissolve the granules in ddH2O.
Long shelf life – Two years when stored at room temperature.
Large proteins – Best used with Bis-Tris gels for separating medium- to large-sized proteins.

Note: The Tanon™ MOPS Running Buffer should be used with Tanon™ Bis-Tris Precast Gels to obtain optimum results.
