ABflo® 488 Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG2b mAb (A26191)

Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 Jurkat cells (negative control, left) and HEL cells (right) were surface-stained with Mouse anti-Human CD235ab mAb (IgG2b, κ, orange line) or Mouse IgG2b isotype control (2 μg/mL, blue line), followed by ABflo® 488 Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG2b mAb (A26191, 5 μl/Test) staining. Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).

Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 HEL cells were surface-stained with Mouse IgG2b isotype control (2 μg/mL, left) or Mouse anti-Human CD235ab mAb (IgG2b, κ, right). ABflo® 488 Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG2b mAb (A26191, 5 μl/Test) was used as a secondary antibody.
