Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 4T1 cells (negative control, left) and BALB/C splenocytes (right) were surface-stained with ABflo® 700 Rabbit anti-Mouse CD2 mAb (A26528, 5 μl/Test, orange line) or ABflo® 700 Rabbit IgG isotype control (A25976, 5 μl/Test, blue line). Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).

Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 BALB/C mouse splenocytes were surface-stained with ABflo® 700 Rabbit IgG isotype control (A25976, 5 μl/Test, left) or ABflo® 700 Rabbit anti-Mouse CD2 mAb (A26528, 5 μl/Test, right).

Background
