Western blot analysis of lysates from A-431 cells, using CD141/Thrombomodulin Rabbit PolymAb® (A22989PM) at 1:5000 dilution.
Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (AS014) at 1:10000 dilution.
Lysates/proteins: 25μg per lane.
Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.
Detection: ECL Basic Kit (RM00020).
Exposure time: 1s.
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Human lung squamous carcinoma tissue using CD141/Thrombomodulin Rabbit PolymAb® (A22989PM) at dilution of 1:200 (40x lens). High pressure antigen retrieval performed with 0.01M Tris/EDTA Buffer (pH 9.0) prior to IHC staining.

Immunofluorescence analysis of THP-1 cells using CD141/Thrombomodulin Rabbit PolymAb® (A22989PM) at dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Secondary antibody: Cy3-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (AS007) at 1:500 dilution. Blue: DAPI for nuclear staining.
Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 Jurkat cells (negative control, left) and THP-1 cells (right) were surface-stained with CD141/Thrombomodulin Rabbit PolymAb® (A22989PM, 2 μg/mL, orange line) or ABflo® 647 Rabbit IgG isotype control (A22070, 5 μl/Test, blue line), followed by Alexa Fluor® 647 conjugated goat anti-rabbit pAb staining. Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).
