Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 HAP1 cells (negative control, left) and RPMI-8226 cells (right) were surface-stained with ABflo® 594 Rabbit anti-Human CD131 mAb (A25076, 5 μl/Test, orange line) or ABflo® 594 Rabbit IgG isotype control (A23821, 5 μl/Test, blue line). Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).

Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 RPMI-8226 cells were surface-stained with ABflo® 594 Rabbit IgG isotype control (A23821, 5 μl/Test, left) or ABflo® 594 Rabbit anti-Human CD131 mAb (A25076, 5 μl/Test, right).

Background

The protein encoded by this gene is the common beta chain of the high affinity receptor for IL-3, IL-5 and CSF. Defects in this gene have been reported to be associated with protein alveolar proteinosis (PAP).
