Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 HeLa cells (negative control, left) and U-937 cells (right) were surface-stained with ABflo® 647 Rabbit anti-Human CD327/SIGLEC6 mAb (A25066, 5 μl/Test, orange line) or ABflo® 647 Rabbit IgG isotype control (A22070, 5 μl/Test, blue line). Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).

Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 U-937 cells were surface-stained with ABflo® 647 Rabbit IgG isotype control (A22070, 5 μl/Test, left) or ABflo® 647 Rabbit anti-Human CD327/SIGLEC6 mAb (A25066, 5 μl/Test, right).

Background

This gene encodes a member of the SIGLEC (sialic acid binding immunoglobulin-like lectin) family of proteins. The encoded transmembrane receptor binds sialyl-TN glycans and leptin. Placental expression of the encoded protein is upregulated in preeclampsia.
