Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 C57BL/6 Mouse splenocytes (negative control, left) and A20 cells (right) were surface-stained with APC Rabbit anti-Mouse TIM-1/KIM-1/HAVCR mAb (A26862, 5 μl/Test, orange line) or APC Rabbit IgG isotype control (A24173, 5 μl/Test, blue line). Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).
