Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 Hep G2 cells (negative control, left) and C57 BL/6 mouse splenocytes (right) cells were surface-stained with APC Rabbit anti-Mouse CD47 mAb (A26819, 5 μl/Test, orange line) or APC Rabbit IgG isotype control (A24173, 5 μl/Test, blue line). Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).

Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 C57 BL/6 mouse splenocytes were surface-stained with APC Rabbit IgG isotype control (A24173, 5 μl/Test, left) or APC Rabbit anti-Mouse CD47 mAb (A26819, 5 μl/Test, right).

Background
